Sea of Thieves connecting issue

Hello,

My girlfriend and I have an Issue trying to lauch Sea Of Thieves on computer.

I played alone first at the game with my account, then I told my girlfriend to buy It too.

She bought a gamepass access like I did and suscribed to a different account. We have now 2 accounts with 2 gamepass, on the same internet connexion.

And Here comes the problem, since she added sea of thieves on her computer, we can't connect to the game, we lauch it and we got the error saying that servers are unavailable. Moreover, we can't even connect on the support.seaofthieves pages, as if we got
a forbidden access to all of sea of thieves network.

Hope you can resolve this issue.

trouble connecting to sea of thieves

Sea of thieves is connecting and disconnecting every 5 minutes. I connect thru wifi with a Netgear Nighthawk router. Thanks

Sea of thieves stream rewards missing

So the sea of thieves twitter account sent me here.

So I watched mixer stream for sea of thieves and didn't receive the special in game item the silver and black flintlock I was wondering if there is anyway of resolving this issue. my brother also did not receive it.

This can arise if new players are temporarily prevented from joining the game as part of an effort to resolve server issues. If this is the case, we'll get everyone back in and playing as quickly as possible! This may also be caused by antivirus/firewall
settings, proxy servers or other network management/manipulation tools

I don't think this is a problem with networking/Proxy and stuffs, I played this afternoon before my girlfriend got her Xboxlive Account with sea of thieves. I checked every options about antivirus and firewall, everything is fine. Same for proxy, we don't
have any active proxy on our computers.

The option of temporary forbidden access seems possible, we can't connect to the servers AND we don't have any access to the support pages, so it might be an IP block. We'll wait to see if everything will come back after the night.

Server issue for one game sounds like it's an issue tat game / developer.

I don't have Sea of Thieves, so I can't test it out myself.

You might have better luck posting about this issue in the Sea of Thieves forums:

I may be wrong, but I wouldn't think game servers could completely remove my xbox live connection

After uninstalling and reinstalling Sea of Thieves and the Xbox Game Bar many times, I am able to invite and accept invites on Sea of Thieves Insider through the Game Bar. I am able to send invites from the Game Bar for Sea of Thieves. However, when I receive an invite or try to join in on Sea of Thieves, I still have the same problem. Sea of Thieves and Sea of Thieves Insider are two different builds. There must be a file somewhere on my computer that is not being deleted or uninstalled and it's not allowing me to accept these invites on just Sea of Thieves. I don't know how to find this file.
