Sea of thieves can't install error

Good day ! Yesterday i activate my first game pass on pc for which i'm very excited, but there seems to be a problem!

My problem is i can't even initialize the install of sea of thieves because it stops with this error "0x803f8001", i've looked everywhere on the web and tried anything i can find but still nothing.

I've had no issues installing other games through the xbox app, so your input will be really helpful because this game is the main thing i got the game pass. Also i would like to add that i tried the microsoft
shop trick but it didn't work.

Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.

Same problem here, can't install or update the game. It just happens on Sea of Thieves.
