sea of thieves cant connect to xbox live

i need help please everyone, tried hours of forum searchs and mutiple xbox live chats and no luck, i got my connection status to open nat type and connected to server as i thought issue was my end, no luck hours of head ache and i have gave up, xbox insider
app or whatever its called doesnt connect, xbox app does, store does and sea of thieves says it isn't connected to xbox live, anyone fixed this ?

ps. done all the help sites via xbox etc and done the stuff in services in windows 10 restarting things and making sure stuff was running, cleared proxys, openned all ports for xbox in my router and a few other things but nothing has got the dam thing sorted,
any advice or help is appriciated

I have a problem whit sea of thieves whene i try to play it say cant log you in to the xbox live.

well 32 people has veiwed this with nothing to say so hi im a new ambassador and im learning to this type of issue nat etc but for my console. im a little confused at what youre goal is here so my best advice to you would be that you one over all youre settings

all youre ports are properly open call youre provider and give them this list of ports and ports types These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500

all them ports i have already opened bud, some were unable to open due to automatically been opened via windows themselves and i will look at that first link you sent

 

my aim is to be able to play sea of thieves on my windows 10 custom pc and i keep getting ashbeard and i have tried every forum and xbox help page and multiple live chats and nothing seems to work :/

 

if youve ever uninstalled any microsoft apps that might be the issue...it was for me i kept getting the wont connect till i reinstalled the apps.

to do this right click start...click run powershell as admin

put this in and hit enter

 

open task manager for anyone having this issue and all others cant fix it, see if install shield or other apps are running like apcent in background or update schedulers, close them, should work, install shield has been the problem for me and another fellow
