    I recently purchased Sea of Theives for full retail price (four days ago) and have yet to finish downloading it.

    I see that now it is on sale.

    I was hoping to email the Microsoft Store support and ask them for store credit or something.

    But they only list a phone number to call. Is there no way to email support?

    Sea of Thieves - Mixer Ebon Flintlock

    Good afternoon Xbox Support,

    I was redirected here from the Sea of Thieves Support after they sent a "copy/pasted" response to me. Below is the support ticket I sent them on April 4th, 2018. I hope I explained everything well enough in my support ticket to the Sea of Thieves Support!

    Unfortunately, I still have not received the "Ebon Flintlock" from the Mixer streams. There are quite a few of us who haven't even received credit for the item on our Microsoft account history. There have been a couple threads on the forums where people are
    discussing this issue. I know you guys have a lot on your plate already, so I've been patiently waiting to send you this support ticket.

    Currently on my account, I have:

    "Sea of Thieves" - 9068530683

    "Sea of Thieves Black Dog Pack" - 1307641332

    "Sea of Thieves Midnight Blunderbuss" - 2654379689

    "Sea of Thieves Mercenary Pack" - 8180057773

    As you can see, (a couple hundred dollars invested) I am a full supporter of you guys and your game! All of the items listed above show up properly in game. My concern is that I have not even been credited with the "Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock" as of yet.

    I look forward to hearing from you, and please keep up the great work! I absolutely love this game!

    It says that I can redeem 6000 points if I buy Sea of Thieves. However after buying Sea of Thieves I never got the Microsoft Points.

    When you visit the Xbox support page at Contact Us | Xbox Support, select "Billing," then decline the virtual agent. Then select the most relevant topic from
    the options presented (yours may be "Other"). From there, depending on the issue selected and possibly the region you're in, you will hopefully see an option to chat with Xbox Support and/or an option to request a callback from the support team. Hope that
