SEA of theives not working

Alright so i have been trying for a few days now and sea of thieves wont install. When i do try to install it it doesnt go past zero percent says its finished and all it says is add to play later. I have already checked that my system is up to date and i have searched up multiple tutorials but it seems that no one is having my problem.Oh and when i try to unistall it it unstialls it forever I dont know whats going on.
