Se me borran los juegos [Mod Translation - My games are deleted]

Nadie, solo yo, se borra solo de repente, y cuando tenia los dos juegos descargados tenia 12 mb jajaja y ahora que se borro solo, tengo 150 gb

It is a digital download, and I can reinstall it but it already becomes annoying download it again since my wifi is slow, and this could happen again, it is the second time

Are you able to re-install the game? Or is there an issue with reinstalling? Does anyone else have access to your console that could have done this?

Thanks for the reply. As of last year when a update is cancelled it can uninstall the full game as a safety precaution so the game doesn't become corrupt. As the issue has been resolved, I will go ahead and lock the thread since there is nothing more we
can do. In the future just let the update run, or if cancel it remember you may have to install the game completely again.

It is likely that there was an update for the game, and when the game was updating, you may have cancelled this update.

When cancelling an update for a title, the game will be completely removed, so as to prevent any corruption from trying to stop an update that was already underway.

The only other thing besides this, could have been if someone removed the game manually.

I hope this was able to clear up any confusion this might have caused.
