Scrolls to Store automatically

Automatically goes back to the store screen. When trying to go to the above Menus with One Guide, Community, or Home it then automatically moves back to Store?

Xbox one controller issue

Hello, after the last update in Oct when pressing the home button it automatically goes to the store. After I can no longer get off the store as scrolling left to home or community will return me back to the store. I can scroll through the store to see apps
for purchase but it won't allow to press on them. My controller worked perfect before the update. Tried hard reset to avail. Thanks

Are you able to try using an alternate controller to see if the same thing still happens.

Which version of WIndows are you running? And is it fully up-to-date? That can sometimes cause issues. Double check optional updates as sometimes feature updates lurk there

Found something which may or may not help (and probably duplicates some of what was mentioned in a post above so apologies):

"Same problem, Did two things so not sure which one fixed it.

Start Menu > scroll to FO 76 > right click > More > App settings > scroll down and hit repair.

Start Menus > Scroll down to Microsoft Store > Right click > More > App Settings > Scroll down and hit Reset.

From there Re-Open Microsoft Store, Type in Fallout 76 in the Search bar, go to Fallouts 76 home page and it should load up and automatically install."

To redeem a code : scroll across to 'store' then to 'games' then down to 'browse all games' then scroll across to 'use a code'.
