    Scrolling down on dash board won’t stop


    hi can someone help me , on the dashboard of my Xbox one it won’t stop scrolling down , I’ve done factory reset and everything I can think off but still scrolls down can someone please help me

    How do I fix it already tried turning it off unplugging it and factory default and checked tv and look at settings on tv and checked HDMI

    Scrolling down on dash board won’t stop

    Could be your joystick leaning heavily. If not it sounds like an internal problem could be causing it within the Xbox.

    Have you signed out of the gamertag to see if that fixes it?

    Scroll to the right of your dash board & click on "accounts". Then click on "download history" & you should be able to re download it from there.

    It is not uncommon for the fans to really kick up during heavy usage and then stop when going back to the dash board.

    ok this was kinda hard to understand but the problem am i right you have the wrong email ? if so you can make a new one then on your xbox live account from the dash board go to

    my xbox/click on avatar / scroll along till you find manage account/ scroll along right again till you find windows live id or change windows live id if this is to complaited on the dash board go to inside xbox scroll right to the very back and click school
    of xbox and look for what you want i think it tells you what to do there

    Seriously, they haven't resolved this...

    iv pined cod to my dash board and then launch the game from there...seems to have stopped the whole start up on campaign problem
