    Do you mean on the Edge App?

    If using your controller you won't be able to adjust but if you connect a mouse to your Xbox you'll see a noted improvement.

    If you're on Windows you can adjust your mouse scroll speed.

    Congratulations on the new Xbox! :D As for games, I would suggest the following as starters: The Orange Box, Skate 2, Mirror's Edge, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and Burnout Paradise or Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. You can
    get most of these for a fairly cheap price, as opposed to picking between your listed $60 choices. :)

    What franchise do you think has the most potential but somehow it misses everytime?

    That's a shame about Need for speed, I would have loved to have played Need for Speed: Edge.
