    Your console is the biggest pile of *** I have ever had the mispleasure of spending £400 on. I wasted a year of my life saving up to buy the 1TB AW limited edition and it has the same amount of bugs if not more than the one my friend brought
    on day one. The parties don't connect properly, The controllers wont reconnect if they lose power, you cant join your friends when invited then are unable to invite them back. £400 for *** programming is ridiculous. Your consoles are crap, so are your phones
    and tablets and windows 8 sucks is there any thing microsoft can do right these days I very much *** doubt it. If you want to provide a good gaming experience for your customers just sell xbox one boxs with a playstation 4 in I can guaranty your customers
    would be a lot happier in the end. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

    Return it to a local retailer or to the online retailer from whom you purchased it. Microsoft will not reimburse you for purchasing a product you chose to buy.

    it is very vibrant and worthwhile selling/buying games on ebay. In store you get screwed on trade in screwed on retail price (vs etail) or screwed on store credit forcing you to once again to pay store prices.
