    Screentime


    I have my son's screentime set so that he can use his Xbox between 07:30 and 22:00 every day of the week, during school holidays. Some days, however, and quite randomly, the Xbox gives a message saying that screen time will end at 21.34 and, at that time,
    his session is closed, despite his allowed time being as stated and screen time being set to 'Max Scheduled'. No amount of rescheduling will sort this. I can't seem to find where the problem is, either on his screen time page or on his Xbox.

    Can you help?

    Check the IOS settings under screentime. I turned that off and it worked fine!

    Hi there,

    just to be sure the same screentime information shows at
    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

    When something was changed be sure to have the account Sign out and Sign back in again to ensure the new settings are collected.

    If that doesn't do anything please also try these steps:

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Redownload your profile

    Did you have different limits before? Maybe the console tracking etc is corrupt for that profile.

    Make sure you know the login credentials and password for his account then you can try removing the Xbox Account from the Xbox and clearing the cache by holding the power button on the Xbox. Once you have done that
    and the Xbox shuts off, please reboot and add the account back.
