Screenshots not uploading properly

    Screenshots not uploading properly


    Everytime i try to upload a screenshot on xbox series x pings its uploaded but everytime i try to share i have to upload again at it never ends this cycle. Hours later i have multiple copies of same screenshot.

    anyone else happening to or is there a workround.

    Thanks for posting! Could you post up a screenshot of the promotion details page, along with a screenshot of the Terms & Conditions? That will help us get this properly looked into. You can upload images here on the forums, or you can link us to images uploaded
    to image hosts such as OneDrive.

    That's totally fine, let's then try to unplug the console for 30 minutes and then try again. Please follow the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug the console for 30 minutes.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Thank you so much for that. Have you tried to use a different network connection?

    Resetting the console-keeping games and apps will not be an option since that will delete any game clips that you have that aren't uploaded to the Xbox network yet.

    Ok I've just done that and thankfully at the moment the deleted screenshots are no longer showing up again. I've kept checking for a couple of minutes just to make sure and it seems to be fine.

    Fingers crossed it'll remain that way when I turn the console back on tomorrow.
