Yeah, it's been broken for a couple of days. I reported it via the console and on the service status page, and I've seen loads of posts about it on Reddit, so hopefully they're working on fixing it.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

There are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, Kai however, there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft which is why we may just need to perform troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

It's back up and running now.

All the items I uploaded while it wasn't working did actually upload. It's just that they were not visible on the Xbox Network for some reason, therefore they were not shareable, but that's been fixed.

    cloud capture

If you mean where to store your videos and screenshots. This is in the Upload Studio console. And you can download these videos and screenshots via xboxdvr.com.
There you can register your MS / XBOX account and you will be able to find your uploaded videos and screenshots right there.

Anyway to keep shared screenshots and videos visible after deleting from xbox network

    I'm Samy an independent advisor

    How are you?

You can upload up to 10 GB of captures to the Xbox network. Once you reach those limits, you’ll need to delete existing captures to upload new ones.

Any game clip or screenshot uploaded to the Xbox network that gets no views in 30 days will be deleted. Viewing it yourself counts as a view and saves a capture from deletion.

Captures that don't get uploaded to the Xbox network will remain on the console they were recorded on.

You can also store your screenshots and videos on your PC, OneDrive, and your phone.
