We understand that you're trying to take a screenshot when you receive an error message: screenshot failed [0x82323018]. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

To better isolate your issue, we would like to know the answers of the following questions:

May we know if you are in the middle of the game when you tried to capture your screen?

May we ask for the title of the game?

Is there an issue taking a screenshot on other games?

Based on support article XtfCaptureRecordedGameClip, Error Code: 0x82323018 means the current title has blocked recording. So, if the said that the error message only appears on one game then this is the answer you need.

Have you tried using another HDMI cable?

You can also try the hard reset and check what happens.

Ok this is weird.. even resetting did not work.. hopefully when the new dashboard update comes it fixes this.. haven't received it yet

Oh it did fix it now screenshots have HDR!
