    Hey there. I have been playing Mass Effect (with EA Access and after that the full game) and i have a problem with screenshots and clips. Everything I take looks like this:

    As you can see, the image is not at full as normal. It only happens with mass effect, because i took a screenshot of Rainbow Six Siege and looks good.

    Does anyone know what might the problem be? I would like to fix this because the game has beautiful scenarios.

    Xbox Screenshots from friends being cut off

    When I take my own screenshots I have the ability to DOWNLOAD and open them full size. However, there is NO WAY for me to view any screenshot shared with me by a friend full size. They are always cut off.

    How can I view the entire screenshot that a friend shares with me without it being cut off?

    Bows still not full size?

    Hard to tell when someone is aiming at you when you aren't in there face looking at their bow. Screenshot not at full size :(

    Hello Cyaan,

    Have you checked all the Xbox app settings? As I am unable to at this time there may be one that does this. Just click the gear in the Xbox app and check all the settings.
