On top if what is recommended, you could always set your duration longer in the settings. From what I see, I understand you’re having screenshot problems so I’m not 100% sure if that’ll solve that or not but if you’re having video problems too, you can extend
the duration longer. You could always look through the performance link from xbox support too.

trying a power cycle might help

Performing a hard rest on your console, also known as a power cycle or full reboot, cold restart can help fix this any of this issues.

To perform a hard restart, hold the power button on your Xbox console for 10 seconds while your console is on. This will power down Your console. When the 10 seconds period is over press the power button to power up you console again, And the green start
up screen will display.

Your cache would be cleared, Some of your setting would be reverted, But your data are preserved, and all your issues should be resolved.

Another consideration, are you in the Xbox Insider Preview program? It may well be a bug. Download the Xbox Insider Hub app and report it when you next do a screen shot.

Edit: Does it just happen with one specific game, or all your games?

Ok thanks. That internet speed should be plenty for Xbox Live. The lag that you're saying is generally all internet related. Can you go to this menu and see what the Xbox is actually pulling, and post a screenshot here? You can access it by going to your
Network settings, and then "Detailed network statistics". If single player is working with no issues and no lag, and you join an online game 99 times out of 100 it's the internet connection. Doing that will give yourself and us a better idea of what's going
on.
