    Screenshot function not working/ option unavailable


    Hi,

    I'm hoping someone can help me diagnose an issue with the screenshot function. I understand that an update some months ago has enabled screenshot capability. I can confirm that my xbox is up to date (well I am advised there are no updates available in the
    relevant settings screen).

    I should be able to double tap the XBOX button and select Y to save a screenshot however when I double tap the XBOX button there is no option for selecting Y to do anything. I've tried selecting Y in the absense of a prompt however nothing shows up in UPLOAD
    saved under screenshots..

    Was you broadcasting also as i believe while broadcasting this option may not be available, this may also be the same for when other apps are snapped
