Screenshot function not available

Hi!

I've had a long discussion with your support chat about an error I have on my Xbox One, and it may be regarding the OS level I am at in the preview program.

My problem: When I double tap the Xbox Guide Button ther are no options for saving screenshots or recording video shown on my screen. Normally there should be a prompt at this screen "Press Y to save screenshot" and
"Press X to record that". These options are simply not on my screen and even pressing the buttons results in nothing happening.

I know I had these optiosn back when the feature was introduced, however recently I also joined the Xbox Preivew Program, and I'm wondering if there's a connection as your support has not been able fix the problem.

Things I have already done: Deleted and redownloaded my profile, set my Xbox to home console on and off and properly rebooted my console (taking out alle cable and power etc.), tried the function with two different controllers and various
games (Forza Horizon 2, Halo MCC, Forza 5, Geometry Wars 3).

Info: My Xbox one is at OS level 6.2.13184.0

Is it possible to capture and save screenshot with elite controller?

I imagine that's a system function, not a controller function, that's tied to the very act of taking the screenshot itself. So in other words, I believe it'll ALWAYS pause no matter what button you put the function to.

Screenshot function not working/ option unavailable

Was you broadcasting also as i believe while broadcasting this option may not be available, this may also be the same for when other apps are snapped

If the "Bluetooth and other devices" option is missing from the Settings menu, you may need to update the Xbox app to the latest version, as this feature may have been added in a recent update. To update the Xbox app, go to the Microsoft Store and search for "Xbox." If there's an update available, install it and try accessing the Settings menu again.

Regarding the unexpected screenshots, it's likely that the B button was accidentally remapped to the screenshot function. To resolve this issue, you can go to the Xbox app's settings and adjust the button mapping to restore the B button to its original function.

There isn't a screenshot function on X1 is there? The only way I've found to get screenshots is by either watching gameclips back on smartglass and doing screen grabs on my phone, or by taking screenshots of gameclips on my PC.
