Screenshot feature on XBOX ONE not working.

'Allow broadcasts and game captures' is turned on, but no matter what I do, the prompt to screenshot does not appear (despite the fact I've screenshotted from this console in the past). Whats wrong here?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

SmartGlass Activity Feed Not Showing Screenshots

Can anyone see their screenshots on the Xbox One via SmartGlass (on any platform)? I see screenshots on xbox.com and the Xbox One console, but not in SmartGlass. I'm guessing this is a feature that's coming soon, but was hoping someone knew for sure.

Try doing a hard reset like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once
it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

When you double tap, do you see the option in the upper left, "X" for video "Y" for screenshot? Have you checked Game DVR to see if the screenshot actually saved and the console just didn't give you the notification? From the home screen press RT and select
My games and apps then select Game DVR.

It is still there in the new update, its just not as prominent as before for some reason and if you do things too quickly it can open up an app by accident, when you double tap the Xbox Button it will open the side panel and the text for screen shot or record
is right at the top next to it.

The games are being run in a virtual 360 which the One treats as a game (which is why the One features such as Screenshot still work).
