Screenshot Feature No Longer Working

Before the update, I was able to screenshot and capture images of video games. Now this feature doesn't work. I double-tap the main Xbox controller button and press Y, as the Guide instructs. Then I'm brought to the 'friends' menu. I don't get an option
to screenshot or capture a scene in the video game. I checked my Settings under Preferences to see if anything changed. The ability to allow broadcasts and game captures is still enabled, so I don't know what the problem is.

Xbox App on PC sees my Xbox One, but can't Connect

Also, this is a feature that was working, but now no longer works.

Background not working..

Im having this same issue. My screenshot from FH2 is no longer my background but was working as of 2am est. Now i cant get anything to work as my background.

When you double tap, do you see the option in the upper left, "X" for video "Y" for screenshot? Have you checked Game DVR to see if the screenshot actually saved and the console just didn't give you the notification? From the home screen press RT and select
My games and apps then select Game DVR.

It is still there in the new update, its just not as prominent as before for some reason and if you do things too quickly it can open up an app by accident, when you double tap the Xbox Button it will open the side panel and the text for screen shot or record
is right at the top next to it.

Try doing a hard reset like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once
it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

Of course that was the first thing I tried, I even tried restarting the computer, it's like it can't find the Xbox One
