    I have a screenshot from madden set as my background and this morning I got on and it didn't show and I hard reset my xbox and anything else I could think of, if anybody knows solutions

    Tile Transpareny Settings and Screenshots in next preview update.

    Using screenshots as backgrounds isn't working for me unfortunately, just get an error at the moment.

    Background not working..

    Im having this same issue. My screenshot from FH2 is no longer my background but was working as of 2am est. Now i cant get anything to work as my background.

    Hi Killer,

    are you on the preview/NXOE? If so its a known issue and a fix is in the works.

    If you are not a preview member - can you set other pics as your background?

    I also have this problem. Older screenshots give me the option to Like /Share /Set as background /View game Hub
