    I'm having trouble setting captures as my background. I have tried different captures and tried multiple days. Is there a way to fix it or do I have to wait? (I have set a capture as my background only once)

    After everything, even the reset, the background from captures is still broke

    (R.I.P. Over 12 days worth of game play)

    Also checked Multiplayer Connection... Says it's all good

    Doing a factory reset doesn't lose your game saves. As long as you are connected to the internet, they auto save to the cloud.

    Thanks for the reply.

    If the problem persists, try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
