Screenshot and Record Clip option disappeared

Sorry if this isn't the correct place. I didn't see this listed in any other forum.

The option to Record a Clip or take a Screenshot when double tapping the Xbox button has disappeared. It brings up the friends list and other options. I've tried rebooting by holding the power button on the console itself. This seems to have coincided with
the installation of Forza 6, which I bought and installed last weekend during the sale. Is there a way to fix this without deleting and reinstalling Forza (If that game is the issue)?

I've been trying with multiple games. Fallout 4, Mass Effect, Hardline, which have all worked previously.

Currently at work, but will attempt suggestions tonight. Thank you in advance.

Can't Record Clips on Xbox One

I'm currently having a major issue with recording clips/taking screenshots. The usual option of pressing "X" or "Y" to save a clip/screenshot after double-tapping the home button is gone, and I cant figure out why. For some reason, after one instance of
trying to record a clip quickly and encountering an error, the option to even record at all disappeared. Can someone tell me why this is or how to fix it?

 

Is snap still available?

Snap has been gone for a while now. To take a screenshot or record a clip you press the home button then either Y for screenshot or X for clip.
