Far Cry 6 on Xbox doesn't have Ray Tracing. Shadows are rasterised and reflections are SSR (screen space reflections). RT is only available on compatible PC hardware.

As it's happening on multiple games it looks to me like a hardware fault. Make sure console is out in the open and has enough room to breath. If it's plugged in to a mains adaptor try plugging directly into the mains.

It won't be an issue that can be fixed with a console reset or changing HDMI, so ignore those generic replies. You'll instead likely need a repair.

Which games, and what is the model of TV you’re using? Are they just appearing randomly like a blinking light on the control panel?

Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

If the problem persists I'm afraid the console needs repair. This link has the necessary instructions on how to return the console to Microsoft for repair.
