Screen time work around

Hi,

So my son has an xbox oneS and he has screen time limits set10am-1pm daily. I recently bought him a keyboard and was surprised when he informed me he could play games outside of these limits. He proceeded to show me that by spamming buttons on his keyboard requests for more time were sent to me, which i ignored, but eventually the game gave up and let him in!! I have set limits for individual games, fortnite, apex legends etc, for 3hrs a day at the previously stated time. Im wondering how it is possible for him to get round this limits? He is signed into his account and not using a different profile. He is now going to do this every day !!

You're welcome, mate.

Well, you could use the same time limit for all of the devices:

On your family group page, under your child's name, select Screen time.

Use the same schedule for all devices, by switching, "Use one schedule for all devices" to On.

So, that might be a glitch on the limits system. Try to re-set the limits all over again please, this might fix this possible glitch.

Ok thankyou i will try that. Also is there a way that you can set the time for all the apps instead of having to do it individually? Im aware that u can change the device screent time for this but it would be helpful if u could select all apps and games then deselect the ones u dont want to limit.
