Screen Time limits not working correctly

This has been an ongoing issue. I have specific screen time schedules setup for my daughters xbox one account to allow her set screen times on school nights. Example: Mon - thurs 5pm - 9pm / Fri 3:30p - Sun 9pm. However, everyday after 5pm she is being prompted
to add time, this causes an issue with me either having to add a less amount of time from the available minute selection or selecting remove time limit which defeats the purpose of scheduling the time in the first place. Worst than that, she will randomly
get prompted about screen time on the weekend when she is setup to have max screen time on weekends.

I have read several forums and attempted all troubleshooting mentioned. Upon removing my childs account from her xbox, clearing the cache, rebooting and re-adding the account. we were immediately prompted to add screen time, although it is after 6pm and
she is scheduled to play between 5pm and 9pm today. This has become frustrating and I would really like a real fix for this.

    Thanks,

    :)

It is set to a specific schedule as detailed in the above screenshot. During those hours the account should not be logging my kid out nor prompting to extend time.

Guys, I truly appreciate your efforts and concerns but this issue needs to be escalated to a higher tier of support to actually analyze the structure of this feature to determine a solid resolution. As a Systems Admin / Analyst myself, I completely understand
the process of due diligence and proper troubleshooting.

There seems to be an issue with how this feature syncs to the account and or an issue between the hours selected vs the specific times scheduled.

I am still open to any other troubleshooting that could be provided but I would also appreciate a service ticket being open to investigate and analyze the root cause of this issue. Any assistance in that direction would be extremely helpful and greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

It deducts time if the console is just idle and logged in. Is that happening?

Also, here is a screenshot of the current screen time schedule which I have removed and re-added several times over the past two months to try and set it to sync properly.

No, this is not the case as we both have our own Xbox One. Also per XBF Crystal P recommendations, I have disabled "Instant Sign
in" so nobody is signed in when the Xbox powers on.
