Screen time discrepancy's.. ie: not working as it should

You should check the official screen time limit support page. The only disclaimer I see with screen times is that if they're not actively using their console they need to be manually signed out.

It's difficult to say without seeing your exact settings...Maybe you have different time zones set on your devices.

This is how I have my step-sons set up.





So he has a maximum of two and a half hours a day, but can only use it between the hours in the dark green.

If he uses up all his time in the morning block, then he has no time left in the afternoon.

If you are using the one schedule for all devices then remember any time used on their PC or Xbox will eat into the time allowed

I had to enter it about 7 times before it worked - I'm talking about copy pasting it in too, there was no discrepancy.

Thanks heaps for your quick reaponse. So, I am so not techical (clearly!) therefore apologies for a further (stupid!) question... but can i get some sort of adapter to slip the screen - ie two xboxes, working on same screen at same time. Or do i just need
two screens??
