Screen sharing from Windows 8.1 to XBox One display

Is it possible to wirelessly share my Windows 8.1 display to the XBox One display - for presentations, etc.? I tried Smartglass but couldn't find the functionality there.

I know Apple does this with AppleTV and AirPlay. The XBox forums are super confusing so not sure where this should have been posted.

PC games that I've played not showing up in activity feed

The Xbox App's Activity Feed will only display activity from games on the Xbox Live Service: Xbox One and Xbox-enabled Windows 10 games, plus you can view achievements from older Xbox-enabled Windows games (eg Windows 8.1), Windows Phone games and Xbox 360
games.

 

Does anyone have any information on Miracast functionality, on the Xbox One?

Surface Pro with (Windows 8.1) and Xbox One, using Miracast:

• Receive only? – By using Miracast.
• No sending? – By using Miracast.

I was hoping that, with Windows 8.1 and Miracast. That the Surface Pro would be able to:

• Display all that is on my Surface Pro through the Xbox One, on to my big screen HDTV
  
• Use the Surface Pro as a game console of what is playing on the Xbox One, to focus on the game while
  
  what is action playing on the Xbox One on my big screen HDTV / the wall that it is projected on.
  

So I was hoping for Receive and Sending, from/to Surface Pro with (Windows 8.1) and Xbox One:

• Training, installation of a new procedure, Dog and Pony show.
• Full immersion into a game, where the surface Pro is what you are focused on and the HDTV is the peripheral vision.

This functionality is typically called "Miracast" and it is currently not enabled yet. Some people have purchased miracast receivers and use the HDMI IN port to do this at the current time. This feature has been HEAVILY requested and I too hope we see
it on the dashboard soon as it would really make the platform shine.

I saw news on multiple websites before the One was even launched that Miracast would be on the One. I assumed at launch, but instead we're still waiting 8 months later for any kind of news for if/when it is coming. My goal was the all-in-one device. Off
the bat I was able to replace the Wii and the Blu-Ray, but was still stuck running the OTA antenna separately (now into Xbox via a Homeworx box) and plugging in a PC via HDMI for various other things: Plex (I know there is an app coming eventually), streaming
shows from the networks' website, etc. I really want to get to the point of the one device to rule them all, even if like the antenna there is another box on the way in.
