Screen Saver & Alerts Tab

On my 2 Xbox One X's & on my Xbox One S, the screen saver tries to activate but then turns off.

The screen will dim and the clock starts to show but then there screen saver immediately turns off.... Restarts and hard reboots don't fix it.

The guide shows I have alerts, the amount of alerts shows with the number but when I click on the alerts toast, it takes me to the main alerts screen and the screen is blank.

If I do a hard reboot, it fixes it until I turn off and turn my consoles back on again. Restarts don't fix it.

Both issues reported though the console.
