    Hi everyone I bought a new TV recently and when we connect our xbox one to it the picture is absolutely tiny not even a quarter of the screen. The xbox shows a full screen on our old tv still but this new one the picture size is very tiny.

    We have tried
    -scart and HDMI cables

    -4 different HDMI cables
    -we switched the auto detect to manual and even tried switching the resolution manually either the picture goes to no signal permanently or it goes back to 640 by 480

    -Hard reset/reboot

    The new TV is SHARP 32BB2I 32-Inch HD Ready LED TV with Freeview Tuner, SCART, USB & 3 x HDMI – Black

    Hello,

    Your going to have a hard time streaming 1080i with the Black Magic Intensity Shuttle as it has intense interlacing. The most that the Black Magic can do without any sort of interlacing lines is 720p @ 59.94fps. The main point of people purchasing the black
    magic shuttle was for the 1080p streaming but it doesn't work on 1080p and 1080i works but it looks terrible.

    Your better off sticking to 720p @ 59.94fps.

    You may want to reach out to Black Magic for further assistance with this issue to see if they maybe have a driver update that fixed that issue. That's the reason I returned
    my Black Magic shuttle and got the intensity pro to put inside my computer, works a lot better for me.

    Tried it in another TV and it came up fine :S checked what settings it said and its the EXACT same settings :S HDTV widescreen! Never had an issue with it right up until the update. Very strange!

    Hey there Chery! Just to confirm, you are seeing black bars on the sides or the top and bottom of the picture? If on the sides, you would need to set it to HDTV to access Widescreen. Is your 18" TV and HDTV? Please let us know, thanks!

    Thanks for the update, cherylc88. Do you have an alternate television that you can use to test this out? I'd be interested to know if you still encounter this issue on a different set or whether it persists. Let me know if this is something you can try for

    Hi, I've tried the display reset a couple of times and still have the same problem!

    I have a Goodmans ld1945wd HD ready digital 19" LCD TV.
