Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with using the Xbox Game Bar for recording your screen and receiving the error code 21494287. To troubleshoot this, try the following:

Run the troubleshooter for Windows Store Apps

This diagnostics tool will scan and fix your PC for any issues detected with your Windows apps.

1. Click the Start button, go to Settings >
   Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
2. Select Windows Store Apps under Find and fix other problems.
3. Click Run the troubleshooter.
4. If prompted, click Yes or enter the administrator password.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Reset the Xbox app

This option will reinstall the app and revert it to its default settings.

Click the Start button, go to Settings >
Apps > Apps & features.

1. Select Xbox and then click Advanced
   options.
2. Scroll down and click Reset twice.
3. Relaunch the app.

Hello, please try to perform a reset on your console to refresh your system How to reset your Xbox console to factory defaults | Xbox Support

Snap game dvr,start recording,unsnap game dvr.That way you can record up to 5 minutes & still have the game in full screen.

It will automatically stop after 5 minutes or you can snap it again & stop it yourself before 5 minutes is up.

OK back OT.. There may be a recording featured buried somewhere in the menus.... but what fun would that do watching numerous clips of non K users..by the time the awesomeness happened and they navigate to a record feature, they will have missed 10 seconds
of the 30 seconds allowed with the last few second of us watching commands on screen to stop the recording
