Screen of death

Discus and support Screen of death in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Im trying to play games off my dashboard and when ever i play them it goes to a black screen of death then i try to dashboard and it freezes any...     Im trying to play games off my dashboard and when ever i play them it goes to a black screen of death then i try to dashboard and it freezes any suggestions

    Geen screen of death to black screen of death

    Bought a new xbox one day one edition, saved it for a gift for christmas, hooked it up to get the green screen, while waiting on screen, it glichted out turned to a mutlicolor mess, turned it off, and now when i turn it on all i get is a black screen, chekced
    cables, those are good, i believe i have a DOA system, any suggestions?

    LOADING SCREEN OF DEATH

    Try hitting the guide button on the controller and see if that helps. 90% of the time if you hit the guide button when you have to wait for 24 hours, it speeds the time up by like 70% You hear it clicking really really fast.

    Oh my god stop calling it the screen of death its just a black loading screen... that obviously most people have its a bug gosh

    Hey, I have a cool workaround that you can try: make sure your account is not set to automatically sign in by opening your Settings>Profile>Sign in preferences>turn em off. Then clear your system cache out a few times under Settings>System Settings>Storage,
    select your hard drive with the Yellow Y and clear out the cache at least 2x. Then reboot your console, leave it off for about 2 mins. THEN when you turn on your console DO NOT sign in, launch the game or app&your console will prompt you to sign in and you
    can play this game. Xbox does have this issue up on the current service alerts so this is just a temporary fix, you'll have to reboot your console to switch between games most likely.
