    Screen locked when loading game


    recently after up-dating both the game and console I've now get a screen to lock on saying " A Sign-in change occurred. You are now being returned to the tittle screen A OK. The screen is locked and never goes to the tittle screen, I've turned off
    the console, lodged out of Microsoft and locked back in, nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    campaign unplayable ?

    I tried starting the first campaign and it just stays on loading screen never dose anything.. i tried halo 2, got past first few loading screens then on third it locked up and game crashed.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble! These steps may resolve the issue, let me know how it goes!

    1. Try closing and reopening the game a few times. The best way to do this is to press the menu button (3 lines) and quit the game. It's a bit odd, but it has fixed it before after roughly 7 game restarts.

    2. Try doing a full power cycle. You can do this by holding down the power for 10 seconds and unplugging the console until the light on the power supply goes out. If you don't have a light on your PSU, wait about 60 seconds before you plug it back in.

    3. Remove & re-add your account. You won't lose anything by doing this, just make sure you know your email and sign-in before you remove it so you can get back in. Instructions here Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

    4. Make sure your account has 2 confirmed pieces of security information that are different from your sign-in email. account.microsoft.com > Security > Update info.

    5. Clear your alternate MAC address. All settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear (console will restart).

    If none of this works, you might consider contacting
    Xbox Support     to chat with an agent or
    EA Support     for help with Battlefield 1 specifically.

    GTA 5 won't load a saved game

    I have the same issue, even when loading my last autosave. Loading screen comes up with Lindsay Lohan in the bikini ;), loading icon starts to rotate, but then stops. Console locks up. Have to power down and restart.

    I think that this is the very same problem that I'm having with my KoA: Reckoning game that i've supposedly downloaded all of, but when I try to either load my saved game or start a new one it'll come up with a screen where it's loading and then it will

    • Does it freeze/lock-up
