  1. Screen limits not working Xbox family

My son’s Xbox screen limits are not working. His limit is 1 hour per day and it consistently allows him to run over.

When I hit “pause for remainder of the day” it continues to allow him to play and clocks the time.

The system is updated, I’ve restarted the console, changed guest account password and pin, andsettings on Xbox family app are correct. Why isn’t this working ?

    :)

Hi! Check the time zone: Make sure that the time zone on your Xbox is set correctly. If the time zone is incorrect, Screen Time may not function properly.

    1. On your family group page, select the member whose account you want to manage, and then select the Screen time tile.
    2. From this page, you can connect new Xbox, Windows, and Android devices to their account. You can also adjust their daily and weekly screen time schedules. Select the device, and then select Turn limits on if this is your first time setting up this device type.
