    I have an adult account but my Xbox says that my screen time ends at 3pm. I just checked Microsoft family and there's no limit set on any of the accounts all of them are adult too. HELP??!!

    Screen limits can't be set on adult accounts. If you're in a family account you will need the people that monitor it to make the changes for you.

    I actually had this happen to me as well, all I did was remove my account, power cycle the console, and then added my account again and it seemed to be fine.

    You could always try just the power cycle to save a bit a time, but if that doesn't work try again with removing the account.

    with all the above said, you are sure that the kid account with screentime setting is not accidently logged in?

    May this could cause it too.

    Are you sure it's an adult account because I do not think you can set limits on adult accounts?

    If there is another account on the Xbox, you may need to see what privileges they have locked.
