screen issue

I have the xbox one since the release date and i always had that screen issue. i thought a patch would fix this but now i post here a video to see if anyone can help me. tried hard reset and other things.

Ads in the game? Really EA..

I have no issue with a game having ads in load screens. Just hope they don't have load screens just to show off the ads.

I remember that game WipeOut had a commercial in the loading screen. My only issue was it was the same one over and over.

 

Black screen issue

Didn't work. I've set it up for service and will be sending it in soon. If anyone else has any suggestions I'll try them.

No i dont think, that it is the same problem. I saw a few videos of the problem in your link. My problem is different.

My english isnt that good.... Watch at the right side, those white lines coming from bottom and going to the top.

Hab mir das Video nochmal genauer angesehen und muss zugeben, dass ich die Streifen gestern beim ersten schauen tatsächlich nicht gesehen habe. So sieht das in der Tat eher aus wie eine Einstreuung. Hast du schon mal versucht ein anderes Kabel und / oder
einen anderen Hdmi Eingang an deinem TV probiert? Wenn nicht, dann versuch das bitte mal.

Ahh sehr schön, auf deutsch ist das gleich einfacher.

Das ganze läuft bei mir über einen AV-Receiver und ich habe bereits ein anderes HDMI Kabel verwendet.

Der Fehler ist auch nicht immer da. Wenn ich z.b. diesen Reset mit 10 sec auf Home Button mache dann funktioniert dass beim nächsten mal starten auch wieder, aber der Fehler taucht immer wieder auf und ist jetzt seit dem Kauf der Konsole (am Release Tag)
vorhanden.

Hast du das Problem den auch, wenn du direkt an den TV verbindest? Weil die Einstreuung kann natürlich auch von deinem Receiver kommen. Wenn das allerdings immer wieder auftaucht, sich aber mit nem Hardreset beheben lässt, dann schau mal in der TV Verbindung,
ob die evtl auf "Auto" steht und änder das mal auf "hdmi". Probier bitte auch mal, ob das bei 50 und bei 60Hz auftaucht oder nur bei einer der beiden Frequenzen.

I think I have the same issue with my Day One Xbox One. (new to these forums, hope this is the right place to post this). I have intermittent "red lines" flashing across my dash screen, mainly against the black background across the top of screen. I've tried
a new HDMI cable, I called in to Xbox support and they had me RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTINGS, which resolved it for a few days but now they're back. I have my X1 plugged directly into my TV. Anyone know how I can fix this? (seems to have started after an X1 update
about 3 months ago). I really hope it's not something serious like my GPU going out. Please advise. Thanks!

If possible I'd suggest you try to make a video of your problem and start a new thread with it, so we can provide you with special tailored support on your issue.

Meanwhile you may try the above given suggesiton with the tv connection setting to see if that helps somehow.

 

Ich werde mal testen die xbox direkt an den TV zu schließen, es wäre aber unlogisch dass der av receiver das problem ist, denn meine ps4 und wii u machen keine Probleme. (die TV Verbindung ist auf HDMI eingstellt).

Wie kann ich zwischen 50 und 60HZ wechseln?
