    Hello,

    I have the exact problem from this thread http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4269/t/1834202.aspx?pi7962=2

    It would have been great if the admin had NOT locked it, so people could have reported any fix they got, or if it was repaired like the original answerer suggested but that's none of my business....

    I followed the instructions, that just band-aids the problem and it seems to return no matter how many times I choose to power cycle it. That said, power cycling DOES fix it, but it will come back within a few hours or next time it goes to sleep. It works
    great once it comes back.

    My system is hooked up to a projector that needs 10 minutes or so to cool down before it can be power cycled, so power cycling is not a great option, not that it should be the required fix anyway.

    Are there any new methods to fix this issue? I even just replaced my projector bulb this morning to make triple sure it wasn't some weird setting in there.

    I have a screen dimming issue also..but I have only spotted it on the "settings" menu's. sometimes they will dim, but are still usable, but most times the settings are inaccessible because the screen goes black, I can hit the back button and return to a
    previous screen and my picture will come up again..very strange..not affecting gameplay though, only settings menu.

    trying to watch a blueray, and the screen goes to "idle" and dims my movie, then shows pop up... i turned notification and pop ups off, but there arn't any otions for ídle dim the screen' to turn it off during video play back... just options for how much
    time before dimming....

    Check the settings on the TV with the TV remote Menu.
