    hi, for the last couple of weeks my Xbox one s has been losing video and going to a black screen for a brief moment and then returns to normal. Also if I'm watching a video it will lose it and says the video playmaker has stopped working. I have hard reset
    the box which works for a little bit but then the problem returns. I have also switched out the hdmi cables but still have the same problem. Any suggestions?

    Xbox one S not playing bluray disks and games from disk crashing sometimes

    Got Xbox one S 2 days ago won't play DVDs or bluray disks. It film in and it won't play goes black screen then displays picture for a second then goes to black screen keeps trying to change screen resolution to no avail. tombraider from disk sometimes works
    sometimes freezes when loading also

    Battlefield 1 Black Screen on Start Up with Xbox One S

    So I bought Battlefield 1 and installed it without problems on my old Xbox One, a day later I purchased the Xbox One S and installed the game. Once I tried it launch it on my Xbox One S the screen goes black and doesn't seem to want to load the game. It
    stays black for about a minute and then goes right back to the home screen. I have tried it numerous times and it just wont start, is this happening to anyone else?

    Sorry to hear about the flickering you're having with your Xbox One, to start things off are you connecting your Xbox One directly to your TV, or is there a receiver in between? Can you also share the make and model of your television? Thanks!

    Screen Goes Black On Xbox One

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Dead pool game won't play

    No error messages. The Deadpool symbol appears, then a black screen and it goes back to the home screen. I tried installing it in another xbox and it worked. Installed a different game in my xbox and it also worked. I have no idea what`s going on.
