    Screen Glitch while streaming XB1-X


    Ive been noticing an uptick in this issue while streaming videos via Netflix or YouTube where the screen will go completely pixelated or show colored bars down the TV screen. The audio still plays and the YouTube/Pause UI is completely unaffected.

    Any help?

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. We, however need more information on this matter. Is this happening on any games or just the two apps listed? Has any troubleshooting been done? Has the console been
    connected to another tv or another hdmi cable? Let us know so we can iron this out!

    I also have this problem and its utterly annoying. Have you tried a soft reset yet?

    1. Turn off the console and then unplug the power for 10 seconds.

    2. Plug back in then hold the eject button and the controller sync button until you hear 2 start up tones.

    3.Power up the console and you will be met with a reset screen.

    4.Select Reset and then select Reset and Keep Games and Apps.

    Streaming Pics and Videos from Windows PC to Xbox One

    I'm not sure what I did, if anything, but my XB1 now appears on my network, allowing me to stream some content. MetroTube on Surface will stream to XB1 without a problem, but trying to stream a .MOV will cause the Surface to blue screen. Weird issue, but
    that's something to bring up on some other forum.
