    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. That's definitely a unique issue.

    The first thing I would suggest is
    Power Cycling your Xbox console    . Unplug your Xbox from the power supply / wall outlet for 3-5 minutes.

    Plug it back in, start it up and see if that helps. If that doesn't work, I would suggest trying a different HDMI cord from your TV to your Xbox or

    try connecting your Xbox to a completely different Tv in your home.

    If you continue having issues, next I would recommend, If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

    Have you tried changing your hdmi cable and connecting it to a different hdmi socket on the TV as well, or failing that try a different TV?
