Screen freezing and kicked out from games

Hey people

From around 2 weeks ago my Xbox One has been playing up in a variety of ways. Firstly I've been suddenly kicked out of games, screen freezing first then booted back to the dashboard (gears of war 4, ghost recon wildlands, fifa 17), but still able to hear
people in the party. Once kicked, the dashboard becomes laggy and unresponsive which then results in me having to restart my console over and over again. This becomes very repetitive and time consuming. Can someone help me with a solution, would be greatly
appreciated

Mahjong is Freezing all the time ????????

By the daily challenges in Microsoft Mahjong the screen is freezing all the time. ?????

When your doing your daily challenges you're kicked out or the screen is freezing so you can't play out your daily challenges.

Sometimes the screen is freezed for copple of minutes or your in the middle and then your suddenly kicked out ?????

Specialy when you have to play on time to solve a thing it is not possible anymore :-((((((

Can somebody do something about this pls pls pls

This is not quit normal I think.

Pls fixed this asap

Kicked out from games to home screen!

For five days ago my Xbox one s kicked me out from BF1 to home screen for no reason. As fast as I tried to start the game it kicked me back to home screen, I tried with different games and still it didn't work, both disc and downloaded. I have tried to do
everything I could but nothing worked. I tried to restart the Xbox, deleted my account and signed in again, tried another account, deleted reserved space, uninstalled all games, reinstalled the Xbox or factory or what it's called, but nothing worked. I also
checked my internet connection but it's all good. And it won't work whatever I do. Pleas help me!

Really sorry to hear about the freezing and game troubles you're having. To start out troubleshooting, do you have your Xbox One in an open and well-ventilated? Be sure all vents have room to breathe, as it can cause some performance issues when playing for
longer periods.

Yeah it's in an open space with the window and doors open for majority of the time which I'm using it. I think I've fixed the issue with a simple factory reset though, not had any problems since doing it yet but hopefully it should be good now. Thanks though

Having the same issue on Minecraft. Any time I click on a texture/skin/mash-up pack the game makes a humming sound and then freezes and kicks you out of the game to the Xbox One home screen.

I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox:

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I have the same issue when i play split screen it freezes and kicks me off. I tried clearing it out with power and button and uninstall and reinstalled game three times and still having issue.
