    Screen Freeze


    Screen Freeze,

    System Lockup, During use of a few minutes or a few hours my system will lockup and or freeze and to restart the system I have to pull the power cord or try the hard reset 1 to 5 or more times and then it will work for a few minutes or a few hours . All
    this happen at various times during Game Play or Watching TV or just browsing the Home Screen.....

    Any Thoughts???

    Does your XBOX360 freeze?

    I faced screen freeze problem 2 or 3 times, and it was because of the faulty game discs. But there are some other reasons that make your screen freeze while playing. Overheating is a most common reason. You may have a look in this article that explains it- Xbox Freezing Solutions.

    I would try a hard reboot. Hold your finger to the power button on the front of the console for 8-10 sec until it turn off, then unplug the console from the outlet for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug it back in and power back on. Hopefully the freezing
    problem should be fixed

    Thanks for getting back to me on this... But this week have done that more than have been able to play. That works for 10 minutes and freeze again.

    Any other thoughts
