    Screen Freeze and lost connection


    I installed my Xbox One in November and the screen freeze only happened when I changed stations. At first a minor irritation since it was only 10 to 12 seconds. As of two days ago the wait is over 6 minutes of screen freeze and digital distortion. Yesterday
    no picture or sound. I did basic troubleshooting, holding down the button on the Xbox One for one minute, unplugged the HDMI cable that came with my Xbox One and hooked everything up again. Did not fix the problem. Then, went back to original settings and
    reset everything. Still cannot get TV through my Xbox One. Routed TV from the cable box and TV is fine. Today tried to set up the Xbox One again - TV does not turn on when I turn on the Xbox One. When I turn it on with the cable remote, it says there is
    no connection. I've tried several HDMI cables with the same dismal result. What now? This is NOT fun.

    I'm having a hard time connecting too. It Freezes on a black screen then says "The connection with EA Online was lost".

    to OP. You do know people use lag switches? When in use, they freeze you. Your character is compleley or partially paralyzed. Your screen will show a "connection lost" with the plug in and out screen. If you have any doubt you have been swindled, make sure
    you have the right ports open on your router and make sure your NAT is "open."

    Same issue. If it doesn't crash dropping in then it will during game play.

    Mine freezes then I get a message that connection to servers was lost.

    All loot gone.

    I have screen recorded it and screen recorded network setting (960Gbp/s, open NAT).

    £100 paid and unplayable.

    Did MS really pay that much for Activision? Sounds like they got ripped off as much as us....
