Screen flashing white

so today , saturday july 22 , 2017 i bought portal knights, started playing and every thing was fine, but when i got to the first world after the tutorial, and started mineing the screen started flashing white and back to normal really fast , so i quit
the game and reloaded and it stopped for about 15 mins then it started happening again about every 10 seconds untill it crashed and so i did a hard reset and then before it even turned on, like as the xbox was turning on with the logo and a green back round
it was flashing white really fast like the first time so uninstalled the game and did another hard reset and it still flashing white , at first i thought it was the game but after i uninstalled it i realized it is a bug or something with my xbox anyways i
was wondering if there is a way to fix this

Video Issues

I tried it on our other tv and it happens there too, and now I'm getting white lines flashing across the login screen and home menu.

 

Unravel not starting

Just downloaded 'Unravel' by Coldwood Interactive and hit a slight problem - it doesn't actually start - instead there is a spash screen, then a black screen with flashing white white dot in the lower right hand of the screen and then after a short
while I'm returned to the xbox home screen. Has anyone else experienced the same / is there a fix?

 

Let's troubleshoot:

- Unplug your console and power supply from power, leave it for five minutes.

- Try different HDMI inputs on your TV.

- Try different HDMI cables between the Xbox and TV.

- Try a different TV.
