    Screen flashing white after pressing play. (Elite V2 with iPad Pro 2016).


    I logged in to Safari, created the ''desktop shortcut'' as it requests. Once I launch that, I can navigate with the controller, I can go to a game and press play, but as soon as I do that it just flashes white and returns me to the page.

    I tried doing it via Chrome, which does load the game, but the controller doesn't work and it doesn't go full screen like the ''Safari App''.

    Any idea? Restarted my iPad multiple times, doesn't help. iPad and Elite V2 both fully up-to-date.

    The V2 does have a white led on it for showing sync. Mine does not flash when you press the sync button indicating the problem is probably with the hardware.

    Yep same issue. It works on my 11 pro max; not on iPad Pro 2021. Guess which screen I would rather play on. Looking forward to a solution to this problem.

    Let's troubleshoot:

    - Unplug your console and power supply from power, leave it for five minutes.

    - Try different HDMI inputs on your TV.

    - Try different HDMI cables between the Xbox and TV.

    - Try a different TV.

    If it still flashes white after trying all of the steps above, you may have an internal issue with the console which will likely require it to be repaired by Microsoft. If this is the case, you can schedule a repair online with the console's serial number,

    note:the ipad pro and the xbox elite series 2 both use a usbc cable so can you connect them both using a wire?
