Screen flashing on and off

Hi all,

I was wondering if any one has had the issue of the xbox 1s haing the screen flash on and off during play. At points it will stop and then it will start again.....I'm sure it has to do with the device after trying manually

Well that seemed to do the trick for now......I also traded out for a new cord.....but it is the system reboot that worked best.....a little frustrating putting the family back on, but hey kids yell

I suggest checking the cable that is being used as it might be needing replaced, Also try using a different HDMI port on the tv as well to see if that helps fix the issue, Also try this troubleshooter here as well : https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/troubleshooting-4k-and-hdr-on-xbox-one

Hey there, I've never had that issus. Are you using 4k? If so it would probably be '4k Flickering'. You can check out this page for some steps on how to fix it: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/troubleshooting-4k-and-hdr-on-xbox-one
