Screen flashes back when I change monitor.

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we ask for a screen recording of the issue you were having? Please check your Private Message - click here. 2. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent update or new application installed on your device?
   
3. Since this thread is posted under category Gaming and Xbox / Devices and networking / Xbox on Windows, just to confirm is this happening on PC? May we ask for the PC OS Build, Version and Edition?
   
4. May we ask if you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, PC Optimizer and Power monitoring software?
   
5. Aside from Fornite, have you tried other games and is the issue still the same?
   
6. Are we using KVM Switch (used on keyboard and mouse to monitor other PC)?

Sometimes I used it when my monitor goes off signal, so I can change the settings without a screen.

You will see a slight change in colors on your monitor when you turn on HDR. To activate on the console a TV with 4k is required.

I'm not sure why and if that's the main reason or one of the reasons but a 4k TV screen has more nits than a monitor screen and when you turn on HDR the screen dims a bit

So the higher the NITS of the screen, the higher the illumination.
