Screen Flash/Flicker Fix?

Well aware of the problems ever since the console launched with certain TVs (Sony Bravia/Phillips HDTVs) screen flickering black for a couple of seconds intermittently, usually every 10mins or so.

Just got off chat with support who couldn't help.

Has anyone actually managed to ever fix this issue?

Screen Flicker

It appears that the issue has resolved itself. I played a game for a bit once again, watched part of a 4K Blu-ray, and there was no screen flickering. I played with some settings, but I think everything ended back up in default, so I’m not sure what happened
to resolve it. All’s well that ends well.

I purchased an Xbox One X today to go with my new 4K tv. Every thirty to sixty seconds or so the screen flickers very briefly. This issue presented itself with the HDMI cable that the console came with as well as with another high speed HDMI cable I tried.
The flickering occurs on the dashboard and in game. I haven’t yet tried a Blu-ray. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks for your time.

 

It is not fixed at all. I also have this issue but only in gaps 1 hour..

Try other Settings (50/60HZ Setting)

And perform a Hard Reset (~15sec Power Button untill full shutdown, unplug power supply-wait 30seconds)

Restart

It would be great when you could give further Informations about your Setup.

Are you using the Original XB1 HDMI Cable?

I did mate but it wasnt noticed.

I dont know if this has anything to do with it but I can only have auto detect on in display settings, if I select Hdmi or dvi the screen shrinks until I put it on auto detect?

Is it even worth getting a replacement as Ive read replacements are doing the same.

 

I have forwarded it via Chat Support to the Engeneers..

It seems to be that they thought it was fixed with the 1407 Update...

I don't mean to necro an older thread but I couldn't find anywhere else on these forums to post my issue. I Turned my xb1 on tonight and updated my firmware only to have my screen bug out and flicker. I posted a video of the issue so you can see what I'm
going through.
