Screen Distortion

Hi. I have been having this issue for quite some time, but it seems to progressively get worse. I get some sort of strange screen distortion with my XBox One console. Many green and white pixels flash on my screen and sometimes remain present, as well as
images from the dashboard flickering or just disappearing entirely. This only happens on the dashboard or while searching through apps such as Netflix, StarzPlay, the Marketplace, etc. However, when I start a show/movie or XBox One game, it totally stops.
I have tried different HDMI cables, different TVs (Using a Vizio LCD mainly), hard resets, unplugging the console and waiting. I really have no idea what may be causing this problem or even what would fix it. But if anyone could offer me any kind of insight,
that would be great. Thanks!

Hey there Dotchy! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start off, I suggest performing a hard reboot of your console. To do that:

Press and hold the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off completely.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Unplug the console from the power outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the console back into the power outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Power the console on and try connecting again.

Hey again Dotchy! Thanks for the video clips! That's exactly what I needed so I could see what you see.

I have a couple follow-up questions for you to help us understand your setup:

Do you have a PVR (Personal Video Recorder) or Capture Card of any kind hooked up to your console?
What is the exact setup you've used for your Xbox One console? What is plugged into the console or into the TV?

Tricky is dead

I have the same issue when I play any dvds. The screen goes all jumpy. Makes you feel sea sick. Even the home page dies this when the dvd is playing. But is OK with blue rays. Any ideas on how to solve this issue. As don't really want to use the other games
console for this. (ps4). Xbox one is the better one.

No got no PVR or capture card, I've used the setup that comes as standard with the xbox one, got turtle beaches plugged in via usb and optical but thats the only extra in the xbox, television is quite standard setup as well, soundbar via optical cable and
wii
