Screen Distortion

Hi could anyone let me know if they have or are experiencing screen distortion whilst watching a regular dvd through the blu ray player and if so a possible resolve thanks

Screen Distortion

Hey there Dotchy! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start off, I suggest performing a hard reboot of your console. To do that:

• Press and hold the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off completely.
  
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Unplug the console from the power outlet.
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Plug the console back into the power outlet.
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Power the console on and try connecting again.
